This set works perfectly with the Asus netbook. It found its own drivers and was ready to use right out of the box. I would caution only that it works well with the Asus Eee, but when I tried it with an HP desktop, it did not work well. But for the Asus, it’s amazingly easy and reliable.

This book is spectacular. It has lots of suspense and excitement. I was surprised by the ending of the book because it seemed like what Artemis did with the gold, didn’t follow the plot. Artemis Fowl has lots of interesting characters such as: Butler, a super muscled bodyguard of Artemis, a 12 year old genius, criminal and millionaire. The only one to stop them is Captain Holly Short, a member of LEP, the fairy police. In this book Artemis has come up with an evil plan that associates with the fairies, elves and sprites. Read this book to find out what it is!

I remember reading “Catcher In The Rye” in a high school literature class. I was always awed by the story of Holden Caufield…literature’s most famous juvenile delinquent. And reading it is the only way you can appreciate the late JD Salinger’s work, since he NEVER will allow his books to be made into movies…even posthumously.

I have a dog who sheds a lot, and has medium-length fur. I don’t have to use this product much, maybe every week to two weeks.
From the first time I used it, I noticed a drastic improvement in my carpet appearance. Still hair floating around, but not like before. This product removes clumps and clumps of fur. My dog hates to be brushed in general and does not enjoy being brushed by the furminator either, but when we are done with the furminator, he shakes and you can tell his fur feels better for him.
Also, I use the furminator de-shedding shampoo in combination with this product and it helps with the shedding as well.

I previously owned a Hoover SteamVac which I was pretty happy with but lost it in a flood. I bought this one based on reviews I read and was very happy yet again. I actually like this one better than my old one because it’s much lighter but does a wonderful job. My couches and carpets look new again and my dad’s and sister’s cat allergies didn’t bother them at all like usual when they came to visit after I used this cleaner.

I love this watch! Does exactly what I wanted. The only suggestion is that it could be smaller! I am a small person and use the very last hole to fit snug. Need a smaller band.

These are some of the best episodes of tiny toons ever. Now that I am older, and I go back and view this tape, it is incredible to see how satiric some of the stuff in here is. The best parts are the sinead o’conner thing, the THEY MIGHT BE GIANTS videos (particle man and Istanbul was once Constantinople) and the the video game themed ballet music. And check out Downtown Babsy Brown. The only thing that I can actually criticize about this video is one video with buster entering this huge computer set to classical music. I found it extremely boring and rewind through it every time.

We purchased this vacuum with high hopes given the reviews here, but quickly ran into a huge problem: the vacuum pulls “fuzzies” out of our carpet like nobody’s business. Even with it set to be as high off the ground as possible, a sweep of the whole house yielded hundreds of carpet fuzzies laying about all over the place. Worse, the vacuum was literally *jam packed* with carpet fiber – the intake, hose, everything.

It took about an hour to clean the whole thing out. (It really was incredible how much was stuck in there. It was completely unusable.) I was left with a shoe box sized box full of packed carpet fiber to throw out, as well as all the fuzzies strewn about to pick up.

My theory is that the roller is simply too close to the ground, even on the high setting. I don’t think it’s our carpets, which are of the typical new house short, textured plush variety. Nothing old or shaggy or anything.

I fixed this issue by disassembling the intake cover and putting a washer underneath each screw channel. This pushed the base of the intake further out, thus decreasing the protrusion of the brushes. After this modification, all seems to be well. The added bonus is that the vacuum doesn’t leave such noticeable lines in the carpet.

Upon close examination of my mother’s $400 vacuum cleaner (I don’t recall the brand) I noted that on the high setting the roller is completely disabled. Perhaps Hoover makes up for poor suction power by heavy reliance on the roller. Whatever the reason, I’m afraid I would not purchase this unit again.
