Great lens at a great price. I’m a beginner at photography and I bought this lens for my Nikon D60 camera. This is my first prime lens and I purchased Nikon 35mm f1.8G AF-S DX mainly for taking pictures in low light situations. This lens is working great with my camera and the pictures come out excellent. This lens exceeds what you would expect for the price.

Excellent Lens. Very impressed with this lens. So far I have used the lens with my D90 (my first Dslr, only had it for a week) on auto and “action” during a Baseball game and got some very nice shots. I even managed to get the ball in mid-flight on more than a few occasions. The lens focuses extremely fast. I also took a few shots of a dimly lit room and with the proper settings I could get it to look like daylight without any flash. For $[...] bucks, you really can’t go wrong.

Nikon 35mm f/1.8 AF-S DX Lens. The lens is definitely worth the money. I’ve taken several landscape shots and find it to give good results. Inside shots in low light are extremely good. I would recommend it.
