I bought this book for my sister, having read a library copy. The capturing of voice is really wonderful.

I hesitated for over a year on buying the Kindle. I could go to Costco and buy all the books I wanted for 5.00 apiece and be ok. However. I have books sitting on my self waiting for me to read and when I was done reading I had to exchange with other readers or give away, they took up alot of space. So I bought a Kindle……………..I LOVE IT!!!! I love the fact that when I am at the end of one book I can have another one just waiting for me. I do not have to put two books in my purse if I was on the last chapter of the book I was reading.
I do not like the fact that I cannot share. I think that would be great if I could share books with other Kindle users. Also would like to feel comfortable reading in the pool, but it is an electronic piece of equipment so beware and do not do it. I still have paperbacks that are for pool use.

If you are sitting on the fence trying to decide if to buy………….I was there and I took the leap. I would go for it.

As for the new updates, I am sure that I will be notified if I need one or if one is coming. I just want to read my books and this lets me do it very easily and compactly.

The book allows students to question their own cultural norms, as humans are called Mud People and their (our) practices are called into question.

The story includes subtle environmental messages. It also blurs the lines between genres, as it includes both sci-fi and fantasy elements. But most of all, this is a fun series for the young action-adventure lover to become addicted to.

Plus, Artemis is a Mac user, the clever boy.

Activities to do with the book:

This is a book is a great adventure story to help to get students immersed in a story. It lends itself to role-play since students can have fun being a villainous and powerful child genius.

Since some complain that the Artemis Fowl books are hard to visualize, students could create their own illustrations to help with this or create their own adventures for some of the supporting characters.

I have purchased Monster HDMI cables and although they look cool, they perform no better or worse than the two HDMI cables I purchased from DVI Gear. I switch between devices connected with Monster and DVI Gear HDMI cable and there is no discernible difference in picture or audio quality between the cables.These cables work flawlessly to provide plasma perfect video and 7.1 surround sound. I will look to DVI Gear for all my future cable requirements.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I have so many memory cards and I’ve never had one problem. We have them in 3 cell phones, GPS, 4 Cameras (Digital SLR to pocket cameras), camcorders, digital picture frames and I am sure there are a few more I am not thinking of. This is my third “class 6″ card and like all of the others it works great. I bought this card for a new Panasonic Lumix camera. The price was the best anywhere (by far), the shipping was fast, etc., etc., etc. 100% satisfied with Amazon, Transcend, the seller and the card.
