Why must 15mm f Canon EF

This book was a fun read. There was a real twist at the end! Loved it!

Focus on 24 Nikon 85mm f

I, like the the previous reviewer, also read Ken Rockwell’s comments, and they led me to this lens.

No disappointments here. I’m a 30-year veteran who was just seeking a basic lens to keep on my Nikon D70. I also use the Tokina 12-24 f/4.0 (fantastic) and the Nikon 50mm f/1.8 (don’t sell this little guy short!), and now seek a longer tele-zoom to complement these other lenses.

The Nikon 24-85mm is sharp, fast and light. Not the most sturdily-built lens in the world, but the key for me was that I knew what I was getting when I purchased it – and therefore, no disappointment.

Looking for an all-purpose lens to keep on your camera body at all times? You’ve found it here.

200mm f Sigma 55 about

Like you, before I bought this lens, I read through the different reviews. The price is surprising modest … which made me a bit cautious. But to say the least, I was very pleasantly surprised.

I used the lens on my Olympus Evolt 500, in a wide range of applications and instances. Outdoors and indoors, with and without a flash, at ISO speeds from 100-1600.

The lens construction is solid. Finish is very high … so it won’t drag down the looks of your system. The zoom ring is a bit on the stiff side, but that actually helps in accurately framing and capturing your shots. The lens mounts cleanly and smoothly … every bit as good as any of my three Olympus lenses.

I’ve put this lens through it paces for approximately 6 months, shooting everything from weddings to landscapes … and I am MORE than pleased. Images are razor-sharp with no color or image distortion. After using this lens, I would immediately consider other llenses from Sigma.

An excellent buy at an excellent price!

80mm Tamron 28 f for you

Yet another good review for a super cheap, reliable HDMI cable. It works. It is super cheap. Go buy a bunch.

Vivitar 8 800mm f must go on

I wear mine all the time and am amazed at how much fun it is. I try to get 10,000 steps a day and many of those aerobic. It lets you know where to improve in getting exercise. Fun to wear and gives me a feeling of accomplishment.

Get 70mm 24 f Sigma now

The first product I received was poorly designed. It was very hard to turn and required quite a bit of jostling to get on reliably each time. I left an incredibly negative review about it on here and was contacted by a Vice President of the company within only a few minutes. He offered me a replacement within warranty, even though I mentioned that my wife had thrown away the original box (which is why it wasn’t promptly returned to Amazon, which I’m glad I didn’t do).

I just got the replacement today and wanted to say that it’s AWESOME. It’s super responsive now and is an absolute breeze to turn on. No more jostling it around or dropping it from miles above to try and get the scale to come on.

I was at first incredibly put off by the product, but the customer service more than made up for it. I’ve now got two scales, one of which works amazingly well and is probably the best scale I’ve over owned. They said I could keep the original and I’m probably going to give the funky one to a family member that doesn’t have a scale yet.

F/4.0-5.6 70-300mm Zuiko ED Olympus must go on

Outstanding lens with a surprise. This Zuiko lens, like all their lineup, is superb and a great value for the cost. This particular lens is an “ED” and assembled by hand (as opposed to the kit lenses, which still deliver excellent results) and delivers outstanding images with sharp details.

Here’s the surprise (at least Olympus Zuiko 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6 ED was to me); the lens also possesses a macro feature that is not (to my knowledge) advertised. Switch it to MF mode and rotate the focusing ring and the lens extends beyond the 300 mm point to indicate other markings on the inner tube. It gives you a pretty convenient macro lens function that is in focus at about 20″ from the subject.

I have the 35 mm macro and wouldn’t trade it away now that I have this, but for convenience, this is a nice combo– plus you can capture an insect on a flower, etc. while maintaining a distance that won’t scare it away.

Oly should let people know about this more so than they do, but it is a nice little surprise I wasn’t expecting (or seeking). If you really want a faster tele, then Zuiko makes those too (e.g, 50-200) or a fully dedicated long lens with better optics still (300 f2.8), but bang for buck, this one’s tough to beat.

Highly recommended.
