It worked great…for half of my bedroom…Then It quit vacuming the cleaning solution from the carpet…Nice…dirty, wet, carpet. It’s a piece of garbage. I have to take it to the repair center because I didn’t want to pay another $25.00 to return it. If someone tries to sell you one of these, run for your life.

Very good basic carpet cleaning; not great on stairs. Using attachments is limited in reach by the coil cord and length of extensions.
The power cord is shorter and the Hoover is heavier than Oreck XL.
The Oreck XL was more expensive to buy, but more importantly requires almost annual maintenance attention.
Tempo is well priced if it lasts 10years like the low maintenance Hoover it replaced.

Well, I’ve got my portable library now, in my Kindle, and we’ve started planting the garden, so I guess I’m set.

I’m really pleased with the Kindle’s abilities, ease of use, and the vast library of materials available for it.

Funny thing – it was the announcement of the iPad that tipped me over to buy the Kindle. I’d been using Palm PDAs for years to read books, so I was no stranger to e-reading. I recognized that with the Kindle and the free wireless, battery life, and the excellent e-ink I’d find the best option to continue my ereading.

I’ve found, more than any device, this one has made me fee “untethered” – I can read anywhere. I can pick up new books, or news or email anywhere. I almost never need to hook it up to the computer.

When I was getting used to it, I noted that I wasn’t having the much vaunted experience of “disappearing into the book” – because of its novelty I kept *seeing* the device. Then one day it struck me as I read a book.. I had to put the boook down for a moment, and I had this impulse to “put my finger between the pages” to hold my place…

I have a rottweiler that sheds like his hair is going out of style. With the Furminatore its disgusting but so amazing what comes off of him. He has some skin alergie that causes him to chew his bottome but with this come it helps get all the dead stuff off(hair dander). Thanks to this tool my dog will continue to have a furry bottom WOOHOO. specialy the price i got it for $15 was a steal. GET IT!!

Ms. Meyer can’t write worth a darn…I suppose I can see the appeal to some teenage girls, but I wonder what any adult who is literate can get out of this book. A hot guy who doesn’t want to have sex with you? I heard that was the appeal to some, who knows. I read this because a teen girl I mentor pushed the issue. I gave it the good old girl scout try, but I just couldn’t get into it. It was drudgery. At this point I think people read it because it has just reached a “pop” phenomenon and people are curious to find out what the hype is all about. But dear heavens, Meyer is a lucky woman…this book would probably fail fiction writing 101. Sad, there are so many wonderful YA novels out there, and this is the one that becomes a hit.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and couldn’t wait to share it with others. All of my friends who’ve read it, love it as well. As you can tell from the near 5 star consensus from reviewers, this is a wonderful book, so I don’t really need to go into a long drawn out review, but I will say that I loved the rich, interesting characters who felt like old friends by the end of the book and the story was engrossing and lovely – a true love story between lovers, between friends and between man and beast. And the total immersion into another world and time was just a bonus. You can’t go wrong with this book!

This item works as described. All of the functions appear to be quite accurate. To date, we have had no issues.

This product does not work indoors – if you exercise on a stationary bike or run on a threadmill or an indoor track, the calory consumption will be recorded as zero. Your heart rate will still be shown in real time, but you will not be able to download the profile of your workout.
The way around this is to purchase a sensor that attaches to your foot for $100, which is a bit steep.
