I have this paired with a Nuvi 285WT, and have had no issues with it at all.
It isn’t as big as some seem to indicate it is, which had me a little worried until I actually received it.
The locking mechanism is a little odd in 2 ways:
1) It really only prevents the mounting arm from rotating in the base, doesn’t prevent the GPS from being turned/moved on the arm.
2) You only need to move the latch/handle part of the lock some of the way in the lock slot to lock the arm. There is about another inch of slot that you could try to push the latch into, but since it won’t actually move further, and because the latch has a bit of “give”, there is a good chance that you will snap the latch/handle off. Basically, the locking slot is bigger than it needs to be and is misleading. I almost found this out the hard way…

While this would fit in either the glovebox or the center console in my car, due to other things filling them up pretty much to the max already, I opted to put this under the seat when not in use. The only thing is that I decided to put it in a plastic baggie before doing so because I have a suspicion that the base might end up picking up dust/dirt/crud from the floor and over time losing some of it’s non-slip qualities.

Highly recommended for any GPS that will fit it, although I am suspicious that the locking latch may easily break if stressed beyond where it should be.

This brush really works. I have a 16 month old shiba inu and when I brushed him with a regular brush I got nothing however If I held him my shirt would have hair all over it. After brushing him out with the furminator I was realy shocked at how great it worked, and his coat felt so great. I wish I would have had one of these brushes growing up with my pomeranian. It would take me hours to brush him out, it would have taken me maybe 10 minutes top with this brush. The price is a little steep but its worth it if your considering buying it but want to make sure it works.

My dash slopes toward the floor but this base holds my GPS and its power cord, with it’s FW enhancement, in place on my dash in spite of where I drive. It hasn’t slipped an inch yet. A second big plus is, unlike a suction base that is glued in place, when I stow the GPS and the base, it leaves no evidence in the sight of would be thieves to announces there is a GPS unit in my car. It’s X shape conforms to the contours of the dash better than cheaper circular designs.

Best Buy sells their HDMI cables for $57.00 a piece. I got TWO cables for only $6.00 from Amazon. You do the math!
The cables are constructed very well and they work great! Only uneducated buyers would pay outrageous prices for an HDMI cable when they all do the exact same thing. I did my research and saved a ton of money!
